Momodou Jammeh is the Founder & CEO | Head of Engineering, and Maintenance of J-Sam EV Solutions LLC, where he leads the company’s vision, strategic direction, technical innovation, and operational execution. With over 18 years of global experience in industrial automation, maintenance management, manufacturing systems, digital transformation, and EV infrastructure development, he brings a rare blend of business acumen and engineering expertise to the forefront of the clean mobility revolution.
As a visionary, results-driven engineering and maintenance leader with a business innovation mindset, Momodou is a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) candidate in Engineering Management at George Washington University
His doctoral research—focused on optimizing smart EV charging systems through IoT, hybrid simulation, and predictive analytics for enhanced operations and maintenance—is fully embedded into J-Sam EV Solutions’ core strategy. This integration bridges the gap between academic research and industry application, resulting in field-tested, data-driven, and future-ready solutions that improve uptime, reliability, and scalability.
Momodou holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology from Wayne State University, MI, USA. His additional credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, a Higher Diploma in Management Information Systems, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, reinforcing his strong technical foundation and interdisciplinary expertise.
As a Senior Process Controls Engineer | Automation Controls Project Lead at a major global automaker, Momodou has led over 150 automation cells and process controls projects, managing seven+ vendors simultaneously across multiple manufacturing plants in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. He has overseen multi-million-dollar capital investments and delivered high-impact programs, including EV battery module assembly and drive unit gear automation. His leadership in control execution, digital transformation, lean deployment, continuous improvement, mentorship, and vendor coordination has driven cost savings initiatives, achieved 100% flawless launches on time, resulted in zero safety violations, and earned multiple Safety Star recognitions.
He also holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, Industrial Cybersecurity Compliance, FANUC Robotics, Siemens and Rockwell PLCs, Global Robot Specifications (GRS), and NFPA 70E+ Electrical Safety. He is highly skilled in CMMS systems, emulation and simulation platforms, problem-solving methodologies, and innovative maintenance strategies aligned with industrial, operational, and cybersecurity standards

Fatoumatta Samateh is a seasoned communications strategist with 6+ years of experience in journalism, public relations, and digital media. As Head of Communication & Marketing at J-Sam EV Solutions LLC, she leads corporate and external communications, branding, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
With a B.A. in Journalism & Digital Media from the University of The Gambia and prior experience as Head of Communication at the Center for Research & Policy Development, Fatoumatta has led multi-channel campaigns and built impactful public-private partnerships.
Her expertise spans media relations, storytelling, social media strategy, and thought leadership. Fatoumatta strengthens J-Sam’s visibility and credibility by translating innovation into narratives that inspire customer trust, reliability, and sustainable EV mobility

Muhammed Jatta is a technology-driven strategist with over 12 years of experience in software engineering, digital transformation, UI/UX strategy, and sustainability-focused business development. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science Software Engineering from the University of Michigan, MI, USA, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of The Gambia.
At J-Sam EV Solutions, Muhammed leads funding strategy, market expansion, measurable project impact, and ESG-aligned infrastructure development. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving investment initiatives that support the company’s vision of scaling intelligent EV charging solutions across North America.
